Teaching focus: Latin Language and Literature, Spanish Language and Literature
After completing her Master’s degree in Hispanic Studies (University of Sorbonne, 2015), she earned a PhD in Hispanic Philology from the University of Barcelona (2022) with a thesis on the life of the Baroque poet and playwright Agustín de Salazar y Torres, a disciple of Luis de Góngora and Pedro Calderón de la Barca. She has taught Latin Language as well as Renaissance and Baroque Spanish Literature at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the University of Barcelona, and the Complutense University of Madrid. She is the author of numerous scholarly articles, as well as a Spanish and Catalan translation of Ovid’s Heroides (2020), and a Catalan translation of the hexameter poem Saxia, by Antoni Brenach, included in her book Mitologia de la muntanya de Montserrat (2024).
