In accordance with article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and relative to the information that will come into our possession, to ensure the protection of the persons and the processing of their personal data, the following information is provided:

1. Purpose of Treatment

The data you provide will be used for the end of promoting the initiatives of Schola Humanistica.

2. Methods of Treatment

The methods with which personal data will be processed includes the sending of publicity materials and/or email.

3. Communication and diffusion of personal data

The data provided shall neither be shared nor given to third parties.

4. Data Controller

The Controller of processing personal data is Schola Humanistica, v. G. Malaman 11, 35123.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

At all times, you shall be able to exercise, pursuant to articles 15 through 20 of EU Regulation n. 2016/679, the right to:

-Ask for a confirmation of the existence or absence of your own personal data.

-Obtain information about the Purpose of Treatment, classification of the personal data, the recipients or the classification of the recipients with whom the personal data have been or will be shared, and, when possible, the retention period.

-Carry out the correction and cancellation of data.

-Implement a limitation of treatment.

-Obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a format that is structured, commonly used, and machine-readable, and to transmit them to another data controller without impediment.

-Deny the treatment of data at any time, even for the purpose of direct marketing.

-Deny any automated decision making process relative to physical persons, including profiling.

-Request access to personal data in possession of the Data Controller and correct or cancel these data and the limitation or denial of treatment, in addition to the right of portability of the personal data;

-Withdraw consent at any time without compromising the legality of treatment based on prior consent before the time of withdrawal.

-File a complaint with a supervisory authority.
